RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homerelaxation.com.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returns must include:

– Proof of purchase
– Items new, unused, and in original condition
– Original packaging and tags
– Secure packaging to prevent damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 working days with:

– Clear photos of the damaged item
– Photos of the inside & outside of the box

These are required to file a claim with the carrier.
Without photos, we cannot issue a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING RETURN SHIPPING

If an item is damaged during return shipping, responsibility lies with the customer and the chosen carrier.
Items returned damaged cannot be refunded.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

– Custom-made, handmade, or made-to-order items
– Used items
– Opened or used textiles (unless defective)
– Sale items
– Gift cards

Handmade items may show natural variations — these are not defects.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after receiving your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs (outgoing or return) are not refundable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or normal wear.
Photos may be requested to assess the condition.

IN-STORE RETURNS

At this time, we cannot accept in-store returns for online purchases.
All online returns must be processed via email at info@homerelaxation.com.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Refunds cannot be issued for orders that were not collected by the customer and return to us.
Please check your tracking link to avoid missed deliveries.
