ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Most orders ship within 5–7 working days of purchase.
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations prior to shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES (GREECE)
– Attica: 1–3 business days
– Rest of Greece: 1–3 business days
– Difficult-to-reach areas: 1–4 business days depending on location

Delivery dates may vary depending on courier availability and seasonal delays.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or national holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Our prices do not include delivery costs.
Shipping fees vary depending on the weight and the delivery area.

At this time, we ship only to business addresses within Greece.
